When you wake up WAKE UP.

When you wake up, WAKE UP. It's healthy.
-- the sound of music.
An excellent breakfast is a green smoothie consisting of locally grown seasonal leafy greens, apple juice, mango juice, pineapple, watermelon, banana and/or pear.

I'd like to learn how to have a morning routine. Mornings that I want to wake up to. Mornings full of good things. Mornings I love. Because
I think there's some part of a morning person inside me and she wants great things to happen before 8am.
