awe

There is a moment where I am sitting beside Eb & the others and I'm grinning with tears in my eyes because I know that God is here with his people. The rain leaps down all day long and it muddies up the pathways outside, but we are here in a pocket of peace and the whole world feels silent when God is talking. This is a moment of immense awe because we know that when we give even a little of our little life to God, he gives of his perfect abundance in return. God is no man's debtor.
